Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data collected and stored within the systems
  • Generating insightful reports from all verticals and analyses from data to support decision-making and strategic planning processes
  • Overseeing the development, customization, and implementation of formats to meet organizational needs
  • Implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect sensitive information stored in a single location and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Monitoring performance to enhance efficiency and reliability
  • Collaborating with different departments on existing business processes and workflows for seamless operations
  • Aligning strategies and initiatives with organizational goals and objectives to drive business growth and competitive advantage
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the function to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and user satisfaction
