SAP Consultant - Finance and Accounting (4+ years)

Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune

Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with expertise in Finance and Accounting modules, including SAP-REFX, IFRS 16 Lease Accounting, Central Finance (CFIN), Product Costing, SAP CO, Project System/Accounting, COPA, and FSCM. Responsibilities:

1. Lead SAP-REFX implementation projects, ensuring effective management of real estate contracts and leases.

2. Drive compliance with IFRS 16 lease accounting standards within SAP systems, including lease data management and reporting.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial data into SAP Central Finance and streamline financial processes.

4. Configure SAP Product Costing functionalities and provide support for accurate cost calculations and analysis.

5. Implement SAP Project System modules for project accounting, budgeting, and tracking, ensuring accurate cost reporting.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CA, MBA Finance, or CMA certification preferred.

2. 4-9 years of experience in SAP implementation and support projects, with expertise in finance and accounting modules.

3. Proficiency in SAP modules such as REFX, CO, PS, COPA, FSCM, and experience with IFRS 16 lease accounting standards.

4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
