If you aim to drive innovation in the fintech industry, we want to ask: Are you FIS?About the teamYou will be part of the order to cash vertical, managing various AR operations such as Billing for Software Licenses and Maintenance, Data Processing, Billing Support, Customer MDM, Contract Valuation, Terminations, AR Collections, and Customer Service Representation.What you will be doingThis role entails:
  • Extensive experience in Billing systems and their cross-functional aspects, with a comprehensive understanding of the entire billing process cycle.
  • Participating actively in business/process calls to align expectations with team members.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of assigned tasks with clear objectives.
  • Analyzing process requirements and identifying day-to-day operational challenges to propose solutions to leads.
  • Thoroughly researching data requests to validate accuracy and system impacts, originating from internal departments and clients.
  • Compiling, verifying, and organizing information based on priorities for computer entry.
  • Reviewing data for discrepancies, rectifying errors, and ensuring output correctness.
  • Investigating to gather additional details for incomplete documents.
  • Generating reports, storing completed work, performing backup operations, and adhering to shift schedules with effective communication.
  • Demonstrating strong leadership, fostering growth, and development.
What you bring
  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance/Commerce
  • 3-5 years' experience in billing operations
  • Proficient in Accounting with expertise in Billing operations, Accounts Receivable, and SAP.
  • Effective Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Strong proficiency in desktop applications – Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Ability to understand and resolve queries from business units.
  • Capacity to analyze data, interpret figures, and provide insights.
  • Basic understanding of Accounting principles.
  • Team player with experience in cross-functional teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of timeliness and adherence to deadlines.
  • Ownership of assigned tasks to ensure completeness without compromising on timeliness or accuracy.
