Role Responsibilities

1. Role implements the defined architectural roadmap for the Assurance Area for the following:

• Fault Management
• Resource Management
• Incident Management
• Change Management

1. Role involves strong coding and problem-solving skill for Transformation of IT, Datacenter and Network Cloud applications in Service and Problem management.
2. Experience designing & development in JavaScript, Angular (13 and above) and from an Engineering point of view (having understood of microservice based architecture and cloud ready applications).
3. Role involves developing and delivering software solutions through automation across self (UK networks/IT) and Enterprise Auto fix instances.
4. Ability to do deep dive on technical areas and get the best outcome out of technically challenging situations.
5. Able to get hands on and lead the vendor technical teams for BAU and Transformation delivery
6. Understand the telecom domain well enough to act as domain and technical focal point
7. Understand need of multiple projects and communicate them divisionally and/or cross-divisionally
8. Contribute to the definition of the team processes and standards
9. Manage concurrent application releases and small engineering teams to deliver quality software releases on time.
10. Knowledge to deliver in Agile Methodologies.
11. Drive strong engineering practices in the team
12. Ability to debug complex issues and provide the right solution

Essential Skills

1. Technical Expertise: Be a subject expert and drive shared learning and collaboration. Be a leader in the industry and recognized externally as a thought leader and for making outstanding contributions to the industry, perhaps via a professional body.
2. Mandatory Skill Set: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular (13 and above), Gitlab, Swagger, Postman.
3. Stakeholder Management: Establishes a network of stakeholders, serving as an externally recognized expert in their field and influencing industry forums, external boards and/or conferences through technical expertise. Liaises with CFU and customer stakeholders, ensuring business needs are met through assurance of the design.
4. Strategic / Enterprise Perspective: Able to create and articulate a compelling holistic strategic vision and roadmap to both colleagues and external contractors. This may require an ability to articulate complex information to colleagues working outside the technical space.
5. Change Management: Able to create and sustain successful large scale and complex business change. An expert in change management.
6. Process design & documentation: The ability to describe, map and document down to the procedural detail complete processes on a structured way. The ability to organize and structure the process flow in synchronization with the exchanges with other processes.

Must Have

1. Need experience Java Backend Developer with Min 3 years of Exp.
2. Proficiency in at least Angular (13 and above) with a good understanding of its ecosystems
3. Experience in working with popular application frameworks like Spring Boot
4. Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts
5. Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns
6. Skill for writing reusable Angular (13 and above) libraries
7. Ability to write clean, readable Angular (13 and above) code
8. Understanding basic design principles behind a scalable application
9. In-depth knowledge of code versioning tools, for instance, Git
10. Good to have understanding
