Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with proficiency in Excel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing website traffic, video traffic, and customer retention metrics to inform strategic decisions. This role will primarily involve collecting, organizing, and analyzing data related to online performance, with a focus on identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Utilize Excel to collect, clean, and manipulate data from various sources, including website analytic platforms

2. Analyze website traffic data to track key performance indicators (K Pis) such as page views, sessions, bounce rates, and conversion rates

3. Conduct video traffic analysis to evaluate video performance metrics such as views, watch time, and engagement

4. Evaluate customer retention metrics to understand user behavior and factors influencing retention rates

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product to drive data-informed decisions

6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web analytic and data analysis
