Job Description:

As the Medical Office at Tap Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery.

You will lead our medical team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, implement integrated care solutions, and ensure the highest standards of medical accuracy and relevance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Medical Strategy and Innovation:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive medical strategy aligned with Tap Health's mission and goals.
• Drive innovation in healthcare delivery by exploring emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Spearhead the development of new features and enhancements to improve user experience and healthcare outcomes.

Integrated Care Solutions:

• Lead the development of integrated care solutions that seamlessly connect patients with healthcare providers across various settings.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement care coordination models that optimize patient outcomes and enhance the quality of care.

B2B Applications and Monetization:

• Oversee the development of B2B applications and solutions tailored to the needs of healthcare organizations and partners.
• Identify opportunities for monetization and revenue generation through innovative healthcare services, partnerships, and valueadded offerings.

Healthcare Innovation and Research:

• Drive healthcare innovation initiatives, including clinical research, pilot programs, and outcome studies, to advance medical knowledge and improve patient care.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the medical team, promoting evidencebased practice and clinical excellence.

Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in healthcare delivery.
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical services and interventions.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution; board certification preferred.
• Extensive clinical experience with a strong background in a medical specialty (e.g., internal medicine, family medicine, etc.).
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare management, strategy development, and innovation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong explosure to technology, including telemedicine, and digital health solutions.
• Strong business acumen and experience in developing and implementing monetization strategies.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and quality assurance principles.
• Passion for driving positive change in healthcare delivery and improving patient outcomes.
• Deep understanding of AI in healthcare would be an added advantage
