Program Manager

What You Will Do:

  • Industrialization of New Product launches
  • Oversee the industrialization process for New Product development.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth integration of design, engineering, and production processes.
  • Implement and optimize manufacturing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with internal teams to achieve Manufacturing targets, ensuring production goals are met in a timely and costeffective manner.
  • Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures to enhance throughput and meet targets.
  • Foster strong collaboration with internal departments such as design, engineering, and quality assurance to streamline the industrialization process.
  • Provide technical expertise to address challenges & implement improvements in the production workflow
  • Act as a bridge between product, manufacturing, and sales, ensuring alignment and coherence in manufacturing output.
  • Support tasks related to the CEO's office.
  • Program Management: Lead and oversee critical programs and projects initiated by the CEO. Ensure they are executed effectively, on time, and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperformance work culture. Provide guidance, support, and opportunities for team members' growth.

What You Will Bring:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 5 years + of experience in program management, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Client-Centric: Strong client management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in team management, including mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Strategic Thinker: A strategic mindset with the ability to contribute to the development and execution of business strategies.
