Your role and responsibilities

Analyzing customer complaints and other customer feedback, identifying opportunities for product, service and process improvement
Participating in customer feedback collection, resolution and improvement of major quality issue
Leading major improvement project, especially for repeat case
Performing root cause analysis, discussing and concluding the same with customer
Providing remote L3 and L3.5 technical support to customer regarding protection applications, relay configuration, relay configuration tool and relay communication
Handling training center – maintaining training center, making up to date as per latest available products / simulators

Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
  • Require minimum 4-10 years of experience
  • Knowledge of power system and power system protection
  • Knowledge of communication protocols like MODBUS / IEC 61850
  • Evaluating and developing applications of new processes and product
  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
