About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in processing customer orders received through the ecommerce platform involving verifying order details, updating inventory records, and ensuring timely fulfillment

2. Help monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations including conducting regular inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating inventory databases

3. Support logistics operations by coordinating with shipping carriers, arranging pickups, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery to customers

4. Assist customers via email, chat, or phone regarding order inquiries, product information, shipping updates, and returns

Overall, as an operations intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Refreshwave Enterprises and contributing to its success in providing an exceptional ecommerce experience for customers.
