  • Strong knowledge of fundamentals of Fluid flow and thermal engineering

  • Experience in independently creating solutions based on the understanding the physics and the problem intent

  • Must have adequate experience in benchmarking/correlating CFD projects from Pre-processing to results with respect to the experimental setup/outcome
  • Should be able to work with the testing team in developing and validating the design verification plan and testing methodologies
  • Should be hands-on with all activities related to CFD, right from, Geometry clean-up, creation of mesh (Volume mesh for fluid interfaces) using ANSA/T-Grid
  • Extensive experience in estimating CFD projects from efforts and schedule standpoint
  • Effective skills in Post processing and ability to provide accurate and detailed reports of CFD results
  • Perform technical design reviews and recommend improvements
  • Should have had experience in Customer interactions while working on projects
  • Very crisp and clear communication skills to articulate and understand the requirements
  • Must have excellent people skills in terms of day-to-day interaction, understanding the team needs, training the team to meet the requirements
  • Should be able to train team on suitable skills based on requirements and projections
  • Needs to follow different processes while execution and delivery of projects
  • Is responsible for the team metrics in terms of performance
