We are on the lookout for a seasoned executive to lead expansion and franchise operations in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
Position Overview :
As the CEO, you will spearhead the expansion of our brand and stores while efficiently managing franchise operations to optimize profitability.

- Franchise Management: Develop and execute strategies for expansion, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Profitability Optimization: Implement initiatives for overall profitability, including cost control and revenue growth.
- Operations Management: Focus on increasing sales, reducing costs, and maximizing operational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Drive comprehensive business strategy, emphasizing franchise expansion and market penetration.
- Brand Management: Uphold and enhance brand image across outlets, collaborating with the marketing team for effective strategies.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring the company's financial health.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build strong relationships with franchisees, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Franchise Recruitment and Development: Lead efforts to attract new partners, ensuring alignment with company values.
Qualifications:
- Proven CEO or senior executive experience in the QSR industry.
- Success in developing and leading franchise programs.
- Strong financial acumen and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field; MBA preferred.
