Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and

Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach, cold calling, and targeted research. Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our RPA products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.

  • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our RPA solutions.
Effectively communicate how our products meet the specific needs of potential clients.

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize on account development and sales growth opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities, leads, and opportunities. Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to the sales management team.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a strong interest in emerging technologies.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a nontechnical audience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach.

Technology Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
