Locations :

  • Bangalore, Maqngalore, Hubli, Mysore, Belgaum
Responsibilities

Serve as a technical expert on the company's products or services, providing in-depth knowledge and understanding to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions that meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of the company's offerings.
Assess customer technical requirements and provide recommendations on product configurations and integrations.

Act as a liaison between the sales team and engineering or product development departments, translating customer needs into technical specifications.

Develop and deliver customized proposals and solutions to address customer challenges and objectives.
Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, diagrams, and implementation plans.
Conduct technical evaluations and proofs of concept to demonstrate product capabilities and feasibility.
Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process, answering customer inquiries and resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer success, to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote the company's technical expertise and capabilities.
Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of technical discussions, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Foster positive relationships with customers, earning their trust and confidence as a reliable technical advisor.
Contribute insights and feedback to support product development and enhancement efforts based on customer feedback and market insights.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop technical content and collateral to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements and skills

Good communication skills
Must have Bike
Minimum 2 year of experience in any sales
Graduation Mendatory
Strong management and leadership skills
