Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the best practices in training, assessment, and performance management systems.
  • Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including electrical, mechanical, monitoring, and control systems.
  • Manage maintenance and operations of critical infrastructure equipment and systems at designated sites.
  • Develop and review procedures for critical environments.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and activity statistics for site-related operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols for both employees and subcontractors.
  • Review maintenance tasks to maintain operational efficiency without disruption.
  • Monitor and optimize the execution of facility policies and practices to meet operational standards.
  • Support the parts management process for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure contract compliance and manage service-related bids effectively.
  • Establish performance benchmarks and prepare detailed reports on critical facility operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site field operations and project management for data center activities.
  • Implement strategies to achieve cost savings and enhance client satisfaction in the long run.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
  • Relevant trade certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational management and team leadership within critical facility engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management programs and building systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead meetings effectively.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions and develop operational plans.
  • Understanding of building codes and maintenance services regulations.
  • Proficiency in budget development and management.
  • Experience in coordinating facilities projects and promoting operational efficiency.
