About the internship:We are looking for a talented technical documentation writer intern to join our team at Hex Wireless Private Limited As a technical documentation writer with knowledge of Adobe XD, you will have the exciting opportunity to work on creating clear and concise documentation for our SaaS products.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop comprehensive product documentation for the B2B SaaS platform, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and technical specifications

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and quality assurance engineers, to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content

3. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences

4. Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes, enhancements, and new features

5. Conduct thorough reviews of documentation to ensure compliance with company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements

6. Drive documentation initiatives to improve usability, accessibility, and overall customer experience

7. Assist in developing and maintaining documentation templates, style guides, and documentation processes

8. Work on staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve documentation quality and effectiveness.

Stipend:INR ₹ 12,000 /month
