THERAPY MANAGER

As a Therapy Manager, you will oversee the therapy area, engaging with customers, boosting product awareness, addressing queries, and introducing new products. Your role demands a strong customer focus, industry knowledge, and meticulous planning to connect with targeted doctors consistently.

Our Sales team is dedicated to providing clinical and educational support, empowering healthcare providers to achieve their patient-centered objectives effectively.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Master product features and benefits to communicate effectively with medical professionals and handle customer inquiries
  • Employ customer-focused selling techniques to maintain high customer confidence and knowledge of company products
  • Maintain and utilize approved protocol and promotional materials for sales presentations
  • Regularly contact customers to deliver tailored sales pitches
  • Identify new business opportunities within the assigned therapy area
  • Achieve sales targets consistently through strategic implementation of sales promotion strategies
  • Stay updated on disease and product knowledge to enhance scientific discussions and productivity levels
  • Engage in various activities related to product visibility and business development
  • Collaborate with team members to organize educational events and programs for customers

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

  • Degree in Sciences / B Pharm
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate data-driven findings and insights effectively
  • Previous experience in the specific therapeutic segment
  • Familiarity with vaccines and experience in selling to corporate hospitals
  • Proficiency in English and Kannada is an added advantage
