Job Description

Team

In the Unified Technology Group Program Management Office, our mission is to enhance work efficiency. This involves constantly prioritizing our clients' needs to deliver the top-notch products they expect from ServiceNow: transformative, secure, compliant, and punctual. We are tasked with steering our products to the finish line and into the workplaces of our customers. Role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager within the Release Management Team, your role entails overseeing operational release programs and supporting strategic projects from inception to completion. You will bring forth innovative concepts to enhance business processes and tools while ensuring daily oversight of progress, tasks, and risks. Your primary focus will involve supporting product and engineering teams through the entire release process, alongside coordinating with other departments such as legal, go-to-market, and customer support to guarantee smooth collaboration. Daily, you will apply essential skills like conflict resolution, teamwork, and precise questioning and answering.

  • Engage with a broad range of internal stakeholders to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development department.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure seamless cross-organizational adoption and continuity of process adjustments.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual who is detail-oriented, outcome-focused, and can drive the software release cycle. The key to success lies in being an adaptable thinker and a distinguished communicator comfortable with interdepartmental collaboration across organizational boundaries.

  • 5-7 years of program management experience in software development organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science (CS), or a related field.
  • PMP Certification is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in project/program management with multifunctional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on excellence.
  • Outstanding collaboration and rapport-building capabilities spanning diverse functions.
  • Effective communication skills, adept at discussing program challenges with varied audiences, including executives.
  • Proven leadership qualities, including facilitation skills and the ability to inspire and empower teams informally.
