Role: Financial Analyst (EA to Executive Management team)
High level Role Description: The Financial Analyst would work directly with the Executive Management team and support them in their decision making process via sales modelling, sales forecast modelling and analysis, financial modelling, due diligence, budgeting, forecasting etc.
Job Description:
Working closely with the Executive Management team, you will be responsible for:-
- Weekly sales analysis models to present to the Management team, the year to date performance of sales team vis-a-vis key portfolio of the companies.
- Sales forecast models to present to the Management team, the forecast for quarter, half year and full year.
- Analysing budgeted expenses and keeping a track to be certain that the budget is in line with the plan.
- Preparing financial models for potential acquisition and expansion opportunities.
- Taking care of the entire budgeting cycle & presenting variance analysis to the management. This will also involve financial analysis & review of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual MIS.
- Taking part in the strategic decision making of the firm. This will include identifying & evaluating opportunities to create a positive impact on both the top line & the bottom line of the firm
- Analysing competitors and ing key issues on the same.
- Analyse current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
- Consistently analyse financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc s
- Interpret financial data to recognise changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
- Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will be a MBA Finance or a CFA with 1 to 2 years of experience post qualification.
- The candidate should have strong spreadsheet and analytics skills. He/she should be proficient in finance modelling, MIS ing, making presentation, investor ing etc
CTC: INR 4.8 lakh to 6.0 lakh per annum
