Take on this new role, where you'll demonstrate timely and accurate completion of payroll, benefits, and pension administrationYou'll play an integral part in the reconciling and balancing of the monthly payrollThis is an opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment, where you'll be able to help others to achieve their goalsWe're offering this role at senior analyst level for a period of twelve monthsWhat you'll do As a Payroll Administrator, you'll be building relationships with stakeholders and providing a seamless and positive experience. You'll deliver accurate and timely completion of all relevant processes, adhering to deadlines and providing guidance and clarification on payroll policies and procedures. Your other responsibilities will include: Proactively maintaining knowledge of all pay, benefits and pension policies and processesCreating monthly payroll submissions and making sure accurate records are maintained for audit purposesReconciling and balancing monthly payroll, benefits and pensions submissions including payroll internal suspense accounts where applicableEnsuring all agreed payroll controls are in place before submitting for approval Validation of statutory payments and reporting The skills you'll need To be successful in this role, you'll have experience of collaborative working, building relationships across multiple teams and levels. You'll bring knowledge of international payrolls including wage tax PAYE, social securities, and legislation. You'll also need: The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Computer literacy skills and working knowledge of HR systemsA high level of accuracy, able to quickly spot, correct and escalate errors in dataExcellent written and verbal communication skills
