About the internship:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Intern to join our legal team. The intern will assist our immigration attorneys and specialists in managing various aspects of immigration cases, including documentation, client communication, and research. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in immigration law and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Managing Cases: Assisting in the preparation and filing of immigration petitions, applications, and forms.

2) Handling Documentation: Gathering, reviewing, and organizing supporting documents for immigration cases.

3) Communicating with Clients: Engaging with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on case status.

4) Conducting Research: Performing legal research on immigration laws, regulations, and policies.

5) Maintaining Files: Ensuring accurate and up-to-date case files and records.

6) Preparing Meetings: Assisting in preparing for client meetings, including compiling necessary documents and information.

7) Following Up: Monitoring case progress and following up with relevant authorities and clients as needed.

8) Providing Administrative Support: Offering general administrative support to the immigration team, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
