VP of Engineering

Requirments:

7+ years of total experience in software development.
Leadership experience leading engineering teams, preferably as an Engineering Lead / Manager or similar senior-level role
Experience in People Management is important
Work with the product side and executive management to scale the company and the product
Not afraid to help team members with complex technical problems
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
Positive attitude, great team player, and continuously improve the team, the product, and the company.

You got to take vital decisions around tech architecture and stack and manage/mentor the team working on these tech stacks – NodeJs, MongoDB, AWS EC2, Redis, Nginx, Golang, PostgreSQL, AWS S3/Glacier, ReactJS, GraphQL(Hasura/Apollo client )
