CA required- Finance and Accounts

Accounting (Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Accounts of a Listed Entity (including that of a Subsidiary)
Statutory & Internal Audit Procedures including thorough knowledge & use of Accounting Standards (IND AS)
Effective & justification based Interaction with Auditors to ensure smooth conduct of Audits
Custodian & Implementation of Internal Control Procedures
Experience of Oracle Financials, Inventory & other Modules (strongly preferred)
Direct Taxes including handling assessments (thorough knowledge & hands on experience)
Indirect Taxes - GST (working knowledge)
MIS - preparation, analysis & interaction with Senior Management about Profitability, Ratios, Performance Indicators
General understanding of other functions in a Corporate Setup
Experience in Vendor Management/Negotiations/Procurements/Commercials
Experience from Manufacturing companies (candidates having exp of working in a manufacturing setup) / Big 4s,
Companies having turnover 1500+ cr.
