Role Summary & Role Description

Looking for a Senior Full stack developer who can analyze, design, and implement technology/software solutions using .NET and RDBMS databases such as Sybase, Oracle, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate should also have management experience to lead a team and engage with various stakeholders.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and develop high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Represent the team in all major technical upgrades and significant technical projects.
  • Experience in team management for a small group.
  • Engage with stakeholders and different teams to gather requirements and for deployments.
  • Demonstrate excellent programming, solid analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies.
  • Manage tasks within the agile team and externally to ensure successful completion by deadlines.
  • Design and develop Enterprise integration services platform using enterprise cloud technologies and web frameworks.
  • Identify user needs and provide solution options. Proactively address critical issues and risks, taking responsibility for resolution organization-wide.
  • Offer advanced technical expertise in designing, estimating, and developing software applications within project schedules.
  • Overall accountability for project delivery.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in developing Enterprise applications in .NET.
  • Minimum of 6 years working with RDBMS databases like Sybase, Oracle, and SQL Server, including data modeling.
  • Extensive experience in developing performance-critical, low-latency, high-throughput, multithreaded, event-driven systems using Core .NET frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of architecture approaches, design patterns, system integration methods, and infrastructural dependencies.
  • Hands-on development experience in end-to-end enterprise applications, collaborating with product and development teams in different locations.
  • Proven experience in database development with Sybase, SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres, utilizing SQL, PLSQL, NOSQL, and ORM tools like Hibernate or ibatis.
  • Knowledge of VB6 and VBA is a plus.
  • Experience with public clouds such as Azure and AWS is advantageous.
  • Experience working in Agile Teams with a thorough understanding of the Agile model.
  • Skilled in conducting design and code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices.
  • Familiarity with messaging frameworks like Kafka, MQ, JMS is beneficial.
  • Able to write highly efficient code using modern best practices.
