Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support AD Business Continuity Management Team on the set-up, implementation, testing and maintenance of AD business continuity and operational resiliency plans
- Provide support to the regional BCP Lead for APAC during incidents and assist with crisis management
- Conduct assessment of our critical third parties' resiliency, business continuity (BC) and disaster recovery (DR) capabilities
- Maintain AD Business Continuity Risk assessment and mitigation plans
- Support BC/DR scenarios definition and testing based on standardized runbook
Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and/or Crisis Management (Financial services or highly regulated industry preferred)
- Familiarity with and basic understanding of the ISO 22301 standard
- Operational resiliency experience
- Proficient in Microsoft O365 including Teams
- Prior knowledge and experience with Business Continuity software preferred
