Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Warehouse Executive to join our team. As the Senior Warehouse Executive, you will play a vital role in the efficient management of warehousing, procurement, supply chain, and overall operations. Your expertise will be crucial in achieving seamless and cost-effective logistics solutions while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Warehousing:

• Manage procurement activities and implement effective techniques to optimize operations.
• Handle stores operations to ensure optimum inventory levels and cost savings without compromising production and distribution processes.
• Maintain IRA (Inventory Record Accuracy) along with the team.
• Warehouse Management using SAP.
• Lead MRN (Material Receipt Note) / Inward / Put Away / BTBR Compliance / DMS.

Supply Chain Management:

• Ensure availability of stock and make necessary arrangements for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with external agencies for cost-effective transport solutions.

Quality Assurance:

• Adhere to quality systems and comply with ISO quality standards, maintaining necessary documents.

Operations & Management:

• Identify and resolve equipment breakdowns using troubleshooting tools.
• Implement cost-saving measures to reduce operational expenses and work within the budget.
• Coordinate logistic needs for the region and other regional commissaries.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards set by Dominos Pizza International Limited.

Performance Indicators:

• Achieve zero stock-out situations.
• Monitor and gather feedback from the operations team.
• Maintain yield reports.
• Successfully pass internal and external audits.
• Maintain high scores in the Commissary Scorecard.
• Efficiently manage inventory holding to avoid stock-outs.
• Ensure customer (internal/external) satisfaction.
• Meet all internal audit requirements.
• Regularly gather feedback from operations and business partners.
• Achieve and track KRA (Key Result Area) achievements.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Graduation.
• Experience: 3-6 years of specialized experience in the retail/services industry with exposure to supply chain operations (preferably cold chain exposure).
