We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Fund/Client Accounting to join our Alternative Investments team. This role is located in PUNE, MH - Hybrid role.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Working on Joint Venture Schedules or Waterfall Schedules
  • Maintain Fixed Asset registers, load additions, retire dispositions based on qualifying capex policies.
  • Review the Budget Comparison reports based on variances for necessary actions.
  • Reviewing different kinds of lease documents. E.g.: Executed lease, Prospective and Lost deals.
  • Coordinating with Property Managers for relevant action items based on financial review notes.
  • Working on various consultant reports / property questionaries or Portfolio Analytics.
  • Preparing financial statements and work on performance metrics such as NCREIF, GIPS, ILPA, and flash reports.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • 6+ years of Exp in RE Fund Accounting or Property Accounting.
  • Should have relevant experience in Yardi.
  • Strong knowledge on RE Joint Venture Schedules / RE Waterfall Schedules.
  • Construction, Validation and Dissemination of NAV, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports.
  • Strong communication skills.
