We are currently seeking a Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Ndu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document their business requirements.
Analyze and document data definitions, sources, limitations, and priorities.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders day-to-day, exceeding expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver solutions (integrations team, collaboration team, Identity team, etc.)
Design impactful, attractive, compelling solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics.
Architect data and transformation processes including dataflows and datasets, as well as create dashboards.
Understand the impact of existing system architecture, dataflows, and network constraints and design solutions optimized.
Develop the dataflows, dashboards, and associated assets utilizing CRM Analytics, the Salesforce platform, and related technologies.
Utilize native connectors to connect Salesforce to CRMA, and MuleSoft to connect multiple sources to CRMA.
Partner with application developers and system owners to extract and load data relevant for the solution.
Serve as a solution consultant required to perform hands-on delivery of CRM Analytics reports and dashboards.
Partner with the business to write test scripts and perform UAT testing.
Perform QA and deployments following best practices.
Join status meetings with the business and other IT organizations to refine requirements.
Manage users and new license requests by monitoring group mailbox.

Skill and Experience Requirements

5 years development experience with CRM Analytics
Experience with analyzing and visualizing large volumes and multi-tenant data using CRM Analytics.
Experience with crafting and managing dataflows/recipes and setting up CRM Analytics apps, datasets, Sharing, and Security predicates.
Experience with building/maintaining dashboards and working with bindings, connecting data sources from other Salesforce and non-Salesforce Systems.
Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce: Sales and Service Objects and their relationships in Salesforce.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, and data access security controls.
Experience in designing, building, and support/troubleshooting of CRM Analytics Dashboards, Lenses, Datasets, Dataflows, including the implementation of enterprise-level security.
Advanced experience in Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) and deep understanding of JSON.

Nice to have skills and experience

Working knowledge of MuleSoft functionality.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and security model.
Solid understanding of Einstein Discovery, trend, comparison, and predictive modeling.
Salesforce certification or Einstein Analytics Accreditation.
