The Catalog Lead is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's product catalog & Benchmarking repository.

Key duties include managing a team of catalog specialists, ensuring accurate and comprehensive product information, driving strategic catalog initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities include establishing catalog governance policies, optimizing workflows, monitoring catalog performance, and providing technical guidance to the team. The role also involves stakeholder collaboration, data-driven decision-making, compliance management, and leading cross-functional projects.

Candidates should have 2 years of catalog management experience, expertise in product data management, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a master's degree and industry certifications preferred.

Key Job Responsibilities

Catalog Management:
Oversee the end-to-end catalog management process, establish governance policies, and continuously optimize catalog performance.

Market Benchmarking:
Monitor competitors' catalog strategies, analyze industry best practices, and leverage benchmarking insights to enhance the company's catalog offerings.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, understand their needs, and deliver impactful updates and recommendations.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay informed on industry trends, identify optimization opportunities, and facilitate the implementation of innovative catalog solutions.
