About the internship:Responsibilities :
Creating Electrical Drawings: Use (CAD) software to generate detailed drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Collaborating with Engineers: Work closely with electrical engineers and project managers to understand project requirements and design specifications.
Reviewing and Modifying Designs: Review and revise drawings based on feedback from engineers or during the construction phase to address any design issues or changes.
Documenting Technical Information: Ensure clarity, accuracy, and ease of reference for project execution or future maintenance activities.
Skills :
Proficiency in CAD Software: CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical, or Revit.
Should have a good understanding of drafting principles, symbols, and conventions specific to electrical engineering.
Knowledge of Electrical Systems: A thorough understanding of electrical systems, components, and their interconnections is required.
Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are vital attributes for electrical drafters. Need to pay close attention to dimensions, measurements, and technical specifications to ensure the integrity and functionality of electrical designs.
Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other team members.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Should possess analytical thinking skills to identify and resolve design issues or conflicts.
Should be able to propose creative solutions and adapt drawings accordingly.
