Position:
Business Development Manager (Req Travelling)
Experience: 4 years to 8 years of experience in Software product sales.

Timeline to Join:
Within 15 30 days of being selected.

CTC:
6Lpa to 10Lpa

Location:
Bangalore based, with travel to Hyderabad & Chennai once a month.

Responsibilities:
Should have 4-8 years of experience in Inside sales function
Lead generation, hunting leads in Indian geography
Initiate contact over phone with CXO-level executives (CEO, CFO, CTO)
Determine interest in Meteonic Products/Service offerings to decision-makers
Find sales leads from online sources and databases for positioning software products
Call prospects after email communication starts responses
Organize webinars and marketing campaigns to promote software product features
Establish contact, develop relationships, and recommend solutions to prospects
Maintain client relationships, provide support, information, guidance, and recommend opportunities for profit and service improvements
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Maintain professional knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, networking, benchmarking, and professional societies
Contribute to team efforts
Maintain client database and work on internal CRM system
Participate in seminars in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai
Visit clients for sales meetings as required
Schedule Demo/POC/meetings with clients
Ability to work under pressure to achieve targets

Qualification:
Bachelor of Engineering & MBA

Salary:
Salary will be decided based on the commencement of the interview. Salaries will be per the candidate's expectations once the interview process is cleared.
