IS Service Delivery Manager

You will be working as IS Service Delivery Manager at global grade 11 and will be part of IS Services Business Area for IS Domains division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Regional Service Delivery Manager IMEA and will be responsible for responsible for building and providing specific, end-to-end IS solutions/services within the defined scope.
Your responsibilities- Acting as single point of contact (SPOC) towards IS Services Bangalore customer for all local retained infrastructure requirements such as front ending for customer engagements, collecting and prioritizing non-standard demand as well as qualifying and prioritizing requirements. Responsible for demand requests to provide effort, time and cost estimation (projects, new solutions, deployments and hand over to operational vendor) such as meeting/board room requirements
- Initiating local IT Domain projects and monitors their execution ensuring complete delivery Acts as single point of contact (SPOC) towards country wide device management. Ensuring country demand vs actuals are governed resulting into better cost efficiency and responsible for managing suppliers towards OTS devices. Tracking and providing device related management reports to country or business area IS
- Guiding LRI and OSS teams to ensure device compliance is in place. Initiating any disputes with supplier and ABB which results into cost savings for country, verifying and confirming the monthly consumption report vs actual consumption
- Maintaining a good balance between demand, existing stocks and new procurement resulting into cost effective operations. Maintaining relationships with IS and business management at group level to clarify trade-offs for cost, time and demand and manages expectations and requirements for delivery of global IS services in IT Domain scope
- Involving in large audit, merger and acquisition projects and major security issues and where needed be involved in major compliance incidents
- Ensuring continuous service improvement of the Service Delivery function within Divisions, Functions and Group, including performance management and operational demand. Providing technical guidance and leadership for infrastructure demand
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related technical field
- Experience of IS business performance and requirements management, ITIL 4 foundation certification is a must
- Other ITIL professional certification, COBIT, Six Sigma, TOGAF desired Excellent IS development and operations skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies
- Strong experience in managing local IS Teams. Strong experience in managing country device management
- Strong experience in leading IS vendors. Strong experience of identifying and resolving issues between team members or other teams
- Excellent experience to figure out business requirements and how to translate into technical IS capabilities and solutions
- Strong experience in project planning and execution as well as economic aspects of system management and life cycle
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, IS technology, information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- Fluent spoken and written English Cultural awareness and the ability to work in a complex, multicultural and global team
