Govindah Nutrition is an upcoming dairy products company started by IIT alumni focusing on building a mass premium dairy brand in central India with launch of liquid milk as well as value added milk products like dahi, lassi, chach, paneer, ghee, milk shakes, yoghurt & cheese.

The company has commissioned a fully automated dairy processing plant near Bhopal and is focusing on building the retail business initially in MP with prime focus on Bhopal & Indore cities & upcountry areas.

Govindah Nutrition is a professionally managed company with management team across functions who have previously worked with Lactalis, Mother Dairy etc

Job Description :

  • Achieving sales coverage & growth by conducting market survey, appointing distributors, managing & gaining volume through GT/retail coverage & HORECA/MT/Institutional Sales
  • Working & executing sales policies & promotion schemes to achieve targeted growth across segments & key retail outlets
  • Managing city logistics for timely delivery to outlets & ensuring distributors are servicing the market as per identified targets
  • Ensuring timely collection of funds from distributors

Required Candidate profile :

  • Should have worked in building market for liquid milk sales from scratch and handled sales volume of minimum 25000 ltr per day
  • Should have worked on achieving volume growth for a new brand in a new area/city and worked on establishing sales systems
  • Should be hands on in working in the market with distributors, building retail coverage with strong secondary sales focus
  • Should be independently responsible for ensuring volume growth, logistics & collection in the assigned market
  • Candidates with experience in Dairy industry/ Milk sales are preferred
