Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of experience in software product quality engineering, which includes test planning, execution, and implementation.
- 5+ years of experience in a managerial role overseeing technical teams.
- High-level expertise in test engineering processes and methodologies, with a focus on test planning, test case management, code coverage, and defect analysis.
- Extensive hands-on experience in project management within Agile/Scrum product development life cycles.
- In-depth understanding of performance testing and automation testing.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, along with the ability to coach and mentor, in a fast-paced product development setting.
- A collaborative yet decisive approach, excelling in communication and problem-solving.
- Effective management of multiple priorities while ensuring resolution and achieving results.
- Providing support for designated functions, inclusive of driving resolution, managing SLA and KPI, conducting root cause analysis, and fulfilling the role of Critical Escalation Manager.
- Recruitment, mentoring, and supervision of a team of QA & Support Engineers.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as part of the role's requirements.
