Job Summary:

The Assurance & Advisory Associate is a vital part of a global team that conducts valuable audits worldwide. With up to 30% travel required, mainly in Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific, this role involves working in small teams led by a Senior Associate, carrying out audit testing procedures like interviews, documentation, and presenting findings. Upholding the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, integrity, and discipline is crucial for all Assurance & Advisory Associates.

This position is set as a hybrid role and will be based at Bengaluru Campus.

Responsibilities:

Audit Cycle:

  • Develop an understanding of the objectives of different engagements and the planned review approach.
  • Conduct reviews, including interviews and analyses of internal controls and compliance.
  • Draw conclusions, propose ideas for enhanced controls and efficiencies.
  • Aid in drafting audit reports to communicate proposed issues and recommendations.
  • Engage with operating personnel to verify facts and discuss findings.
  • Participate in closing meetings and prepare accurate working papers.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant certification or similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant audit or manufacturing accounting experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel and Word skills.
  • Experience with Oracle R12 is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%, including internationally.
