As a committed Automation Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using Robocorp's automation framework and Python programming.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Design and develop robust, scalable automation solutions using Robocorp tools and Python.
• Analyze and understand business processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Prepare Requirement Understanding document. Do Impact Analysis and raise Technical Queries.
• Perform Unit Test, Integration Test ensuring all requirements are implemented with Good Quality, within Timeline and Budget
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define automation requirements and implement them.
• Maintain and optimize existing automation scripts, ensuring high reliability and performance.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in automation technologies and standard methodologies in RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
• Raise concerns and Risks at appropriate time and communicate well with all Business and internal team members.
• Status reporting and Progress Reporting.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• to have total 3 - 5 years of experience in RPA
• to have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in automation using any of below RPA tools:
• Robocorp
• Other RPA tools like Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath
• to be proficient in python.
• Any experience with Dashboard reporting tools like Power BI, database programming and support is added advantage.
• Any experience in working with Power Automate is added advantage.
• Soft skills
• Problem Solving – Ownership, Proactive and Systematic approach.
• Enable absorption of latest technologies in the product line.
• Ensure best practices in software development are institutionalized.
• Coordinate activities across both business and technical teams to ensure that technology strategy aligns with business strategy.
• Interface with stake holders at all levels in an organization.
• Teamwork – Remain flexible, good Team player and assist team for resolving issues.
• Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication. Clear and precise communication with customer and within group.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart

• BE (IT/ Computer/ Instrumentation/ Electronics), MCA, MCS, MSc Computer or compatible.
