About the internship:

Are you passionate about managing online reputations and have a knack for effective communication? InstaAstro is seeking a dynamic Online Reputation Executive intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, enhance their online presence, and build lasting relationships. If you are proficient in MS-Excel and excel at client interaction, this is the perfect opportunity for you to gain invaluable experience in the digital marketing industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor and analyze online reviews over the play store, app store and social media mentions to maintain a positive online reputation

2. Develop strategies to enhance client's online presence and visibility

3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

5. Utilize MS-Excel to track and report on key metrics and performance indicators

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement reputation management initiatives

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client outcomes
