In this position, you will work at one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers). These centers provide technical expertise to a variety of clients worldwide, both in the public and private sectors. As an Application Developer, you will play a key role in IBM's future by turning system requirements into custom systems within an agile environment. Your responsibilities will include powering IBM and its global clients, collaborating, and integrating code into enterprise systems. Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and/or re-engineer complex application components, integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple platforms.
  • Develop applications in areas like SAP Portal, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP Mobile Platform (SMP), SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services (SCPMs).
  • Customize standard applications as needed.
  • Experience in implementation, upgrade, maintenance, and post-production support projects is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations for project duration.
  • Create Screens, Controllers, OData DPC and MPC, with hands-on experience in HTML5, JS, CSS3 coding. Also experience with SAP Web IDE and SAP Frontend Server.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • BE / B Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / M.C.A, with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in SAP Portal, SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, SAP Mobile Platform (SMP), SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services (SCPMs).
  • Experience in Business Application Programming Interface and XI (Exchange Infrastructure), as well as extensive experience in SAPUI5 application development.
  • Expertise in MVC framework for UI, SAPUI5, HTML5, and JavaScript, with knowledge of SAPUI5 controls and Fiori Design patterns.
  • Understanding of SAP functional requirements, conversion to technical design and development using ABAP Language for Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, and Forms in implementation or support projects.
  • Expertise in Fiori application and system architecture, exposure in SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration, and app integration.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Preferable knowledge of the cement industry business.
  • Experience with SAP Workflow and OData.
  • Understanding of SAP functional requirements and conversion to technical design and development using ABAP Language for Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, and Forms in implementation or support projects.
