About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and publish job ads in various portals
2. Network with potential candidates through professional groups on social media and during events
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
4. Screen resumes and job applications
5. Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates
6. Interview candidates in person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior, and executive)
7. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
8. Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
9. Reporting - daily, weekly, and monthly
10. Ability to manage recruitment events, walk-in drives, etc
11. Sourcing talent through traditional and digital means to maintain an active candidate database.
12. Must have excellent communication (Written and Verbal) skills

Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 10th Apr'24 and 15th May'24
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
Stipend:INR ₹ 10,000 /month
Deadline: :59:59
