Who we are looking for:

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and approving client's reports associated with external asset managers. Under the supervision of the Officer/AVP/VP, monitors assigned accounts to ensure they meet client's requirements. Expected to work autonomously to identify exceptions and escalate issues after completing adequate research.

Why this role is crucial to us:

The team you will join is part of the Middle office function (F2B - ALPHA). The Alpha team, also known as Front to Back office strategy asset management, provides integrated services for institutional investors, covering front-, middle-, and back-office requirements.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Build cooperative and professional internal/external relationships to achieve group and client goals.
  • Analyze reports to ensure they meet client's requirements and escalate potential issues to internal teams.
  • Take ownership of issues, consult with the manager for clarification when needed, and prioritize and manage multiple reporting deadlines.
  • Validate and approve completed reports, interact with various IMS teams as necessary, and remain familiar with backup procedures.
  • Be cross-trained on various clients to provide desk support as required.

What we value:

Focus on reviewing assigned accounts promptly to meet client's report delivery deadlines. Resolve basic issues, research problems, and consult with the manager on exceptions to policy/procedures.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Master's degree preferred.
  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, with knowledge of securities language preferred or equivalent work experience.

Additional requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be deadline-oriented with the ability to escalate issues promptly.
