Head - Operations & Strategic Development

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR teams, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication between departments to optimise overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the sales team, setting targets, and strategies to achieve revenue goals, and ensure the continuous growth of the business.
  • Operations Optimization: Streamline and optimise operational processes to enhance productivity and meet customer satisfaction goals.
  • Financial Management: Lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities, ensuring financial health and compliance with industry standards.
  • Human Resources: Manage HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and professional development.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies across all operational functions.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall strategic plan, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex operational issues and challenges, making datadriven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 67 of experience in a leadership role overseeing Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR functions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, operational processes, financial management, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align operational functions with overall business objectives.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven decisionmaking approach.
  • Experience in [industry/domain] is a plus.
