About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX designer with experience in designing consumer apps that have achieved significant scale. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and engaging user experiences. You will be that person who would own the design innovations for product features that would be launched to our customers.
Roles and responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and meet usability standards.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and design tools to continually improve design processes and outcomes.Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.Experience and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.4-6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on consumer apps.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be an added advantageExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.Portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design projects, including examples of projects that have achieved scale and positive user feedback.Equal Opportunity Employer
