Job Title:
Creative Head (Video Production)
We are in search of a dynamic and highly skilled Creative Head to lead our Video Production team.
This role is perfect for a visionary individual who excels in directing, scripting, and overseeing the entire video production process.
Responsibilities :
Creative Direction :
- Provide visionary leadership in developing creative concepts for a variety of video projects, including short videos, promotional content, interviews, and brand videos.
- Ensure that all creative output aligns with our brand identity and messaging goals.
Script Writing and Content Ideation:
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for video content.
- Develop compelling scripts and oversee content ideation to bring fresh perspectives to our video projects.
Video Production Management:
- Oversee the endtoend production process, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- Manage and direct the production team, ensuring each member contributes to the overall success of the project.
Post Production Supervision:
- Provide handson guidance in postproduction, ensuring the editing process aligns with the creative vision and brand objectives.
- Collaborate closely with video editors to achieve the desired final product.
Team Management:
- Manage and mentor scriptwriters, video editors, and other team members.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging team members to contribute their best ideas.
Multi-Project Management:
- Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each one meets quality standards and deadlines.
Talent Acquisition:
- Identify hiring needs and actively participate in the recruitment process to build a skilled and dynamic video production team.
- Ensure the team is wellequipped to handle diverse projects.
Effective Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate video content seamlessly into broader marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project objectives and expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video production with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Expertise in directing short videos, promotional content, interviews, and brand videos.
- Excellent scriptwriting skills and the ability to bring creative ideas to life.
- Proficient in video production management, postproduction supervision, and team leadership.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and manage a highperforming creative team.
- Degree in the same specialization
- 47 Yrs experience required.
