Project Management Office
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the role is to work as strategic and administrative support to Chairman / CEO in terms of understanding, compilation, implementation, execution, and monitoring of all Projects about the Chairman's / CEO's office. The incumbent is expected to be a subject matter expert on Industry / Market trends and also serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters about Chairman's / CEO's office.
Key Job Responsibilities
Effective management of Projects from the Vice Chairman's Office
- Develop a quick understanding of the business environment, internal organization, and ways of working
- Understand the growth targets of the company and hence various programs to meet these goals
- Monitor and report progress on these goals. Highlight risks, delays, and opportunities to Chairman / CEO
- Develop a strategy in consultation with stakeholders for the chosen function and manage the ensuing actions
- Assist the Chairman / CEO in conducting Monthly, Quarterly, & Annual Reviews.
- End to end management of various projects/activities/new business venture from the Chairman's / CEO's office
- Study, analyze, and present pros and cons of new Projects initiated by the Chairman's / CEO's office
Subject Matter Expert on Market / Industry
- Will have to prepare reports about new business initiatives
- Study market trends identify outliers and analyze reports
- Come out with probable solutions on business-related matters for the departments they are assigned from time to time
- Analyse competitive market strategies through analysis of related products, and market and report market trends.
- Communicate with Customers/Suppliers/Professionals/ Industry bodies to stay abreast with the industry trends
- Collect, Collate, and Analyse data from available Industry reports, public information field reports, or purchased data to facilitate decision-making
Provide Executive Assistance
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Chairman / CEO, which includes managing and executing confidential correspondence, planning, coordinating and ensuring the Chairman's / CEO's schedule is followed and respected
- Ensure necessary delivery is completed/shared by respective stakeholder/ client basis the requirement at Chairman's / CEO's Office
- Other administrative works related to the Chairman's / CEO's office.

Role Requirements
Educational Qualification - Graduate / Postgraduate preferably from IIT/IIM
Experience - Overall 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant role
