We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive Back Office Operation for a reputed Company in Manufacturing industry at the Mumbai (Vile Parle) Locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly payment sheets of payments received or not from the customer.


Complete records of machines maintenance, reports of friction measurement, all required details that are required to be presented for payment has to be updated.


Co-ordinating with the site persons for monthly preparation of MB of the exact number of machines that are in that particular sections has to be done and updated in sheet.


If any issues discuss with the site person/ supervisor and seniors and resolving them in order to ensure that payments are received without any deductions.


Consumption of grease at each location to be calculated and accordingly to be updated in the sheet and to be discussed with the plant and seniors if any corrective actions have to be taken.

Consumption of spares with amount has to be prepared for each machine and accordingly updated in the sheet.


To study the chart and check if any particular machine has more breakdown or consumption of grease or identifying such machines and discuss with the seniors from the data prepared or chart maintained.


Get fortnightly/ monthly signed registers from the site person/supervisor and ensure that each and every machine information is updated and ensuring payments are received from that customer.


If any vandalism has been done on the machine, the same to be informed to seniors and communication is started with the site person/ supervisor and immediately letter is sent to the railways/ customer and needful actions are taken.


Records of amount deductions are clearly made against each machine and to be discussed on daily or weekly basis with the seniors.


Ensuring Tribometer is taken to site for testing of co-efficient of testing and arrange the same with proper planning of said testing with site persons/ supervisors and with seniors.

Effective working of Tribometer and if any issue in the said machine, then to arrange the said repairs.

It has to be ensured in working conditions and none should be in breakdown for more than 3-4 working days.

To be records of Tribometer serviced with date and expenses incurred on the same. Complete details and each machine log book to be maintained for records of working and expenses.


Ensuring Payment of each machine is received from the customer per month and without any deductions if the above records are maintained.
