Position: Research Scientist – Fluid and Thermal

Location: Baner Pune, India

About the Role:

  • Develop and apply analytical models to enhance manufacturing processes and product performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions for key business initiatives.
  • Utilize various software tools to create and expand modeling capabilities.
  • Present project updates to stakeholders worldwide, requiring flexibility for global meetings.
  • Document findings through publications and stay updated on technological advancements.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and numerical techniques.
  • Proficiency in software tools like FLUENT, Ansys, MATLAB, and more.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for continuous technical growth.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in experimental work and diverse technologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like C/C++, Python, etc.
  • Background in polymer processing or combustion modeling.
