What will be your duties & responsibilities?

Financial Reporting:
1. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements

2. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements

3. Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders

Audit and Compliance:
1. Coordinate and support external audits

2. Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements

3. Maintain financial records and documentation

MIS Management:
1. Oversee the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS)

2. Ensure the MIS is effectively utilized to support financial reporting and decision-making

3. Provide due diligence reports and recommendations to senior management

Cash Flow Management:
1. Monitor cash flow and liquidity

2. Manage accounts payable and receivable

3. Implement effective cash management strategies

Financial Systems and Tools:
1. Evaluate and implement financial software and tools to streamline processes

2. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems

Team Leadership:
1. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals

2. Provide guidance and training to team members.

What are the key requirements & skills?

  • CA/MBA (top tier only) with ~3-6 years of experience in Business Finance/FP&A/Corporate
  • Strategy/Financial controlling teams
  • She/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while building and managing the finance function
  • Manage the team effectively
  • Very efficient with PPT, MS office, and presentation skills.
  • Very good communication skills
  • Mandatory to have an experience in Big4 company
