Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Aligned to global Sales reps / Sales ops regions and territories, the Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales process and research customer account data to provide important intelligence to the sales force
  • · Gather and review current customer licensing, products and usage data to support data accuracy. · Validate accuracy of compiled information through data quality checks and rectify potential errors in systems of record · Interface with the IB and OM, to ensure data is accurate and represents a true picture of our customer's contracts · Multi-tasking across several tools and systems · Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automation to ensure accuracy and scalability and work with IT and other functions to scope and deliver the improvements · Create & maintain accurate process documentation; help train new people on the team · Drive process simplification, automation and tool enhancements to bring scale to the process · Deliver on all required Service Levels Agreements (SLAs) · Track work progress and efficiency through reports and dashboards · Develop functional subject matter expertise within various areas of Sales operations/ maintaining data accuracy. · Communicate and work with regular stakeholders. · Manage master data corrections and maintenance in a variety of source systems to support business teams in meeting day to day operational objectives · Apply existing knowledge and internal best practices to classify, and build out and maintain master data and metadata in the Company's CRM system · Ensure you swiftly respond to tickets or required changes · Use multiple data sources, in hierarchical order, to ensure the highest level of data accuracy. · Support the Business Applications multiple departments team with various data related projects · Ensuring adherence to data governance best practices and the Company's policies Prepare and present data results, conclusions and recommendations for continuous improvement opportunities to process stakeholders and leadership · Monitor audits and issue identification to ensure data integrity and to support data clean-up approach to improve data quality · Build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of internal organizations (business owners, practices, departments) to understand current and future data needs and strategy for data in assigned functional area required to meet business objectives
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience of Sales Operations in a software sales organization.
  • · Understanding of the operational types (New business/Upsells/Renewals)& Customer contracts, Provisioning, Customer support entitlements is preferred. · Self-motivated and service oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills · Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong interest to work in a multifaceted environment · Proven ability to drive the development, documentation and implementation of business processes · Proficient in use of all Microsoft Office products to support day to day job functions · Ability to identify, understand and communicate the interdependencies and impact across the organization · Experience with a CRM system · Has been in a role supporting Sales Reps and Sales Territories is preferred · Strong listening, analytic and organizational skills · Ability to prioritize to meet business needs · Effective communicator, both written and verbal · Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment · Ability to cover European working hours with potential for additional coverage hours in the future
