Consumer Experience:

  • Analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Category, and Customer Support to ensure that all customer touch points are aligned and consistent.
  • Should have strong analytical skills, as you will be responsible for tracking and measuring customer behavior and engagement.
  • Should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will need to build and maintain relationships with customers, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for Improving customer retention, satisfaction, and overall experience of the brand.
  • Actively seeking feedback from customers to understand their experience with the store, product, and overall shopping experience to help identify areas of improvement and make necessary changes to enhance customer satisfaction
  • The task at hand requires a thorough understanding and leadership of the products refill concept from a service standpoint
  • Should connect with one on one with at least 25 consumers a day and maintain a log to know top/important and repeat consumers.
  • Maintain the upkeep of VM communications (signages, boards, standees) at the store and store merchandising.
  • Share monthly insights with the team.

Indirect Sales:

  • Support Sales staff during their interaction with consumers for a better consumer experience. Monitor staff interaction and give feedback /coach staff wherever required.
  • Market visits to gain insights.
  • Checking inventory management systems like stock availability, order management, expiry management
  • Ensure on time stock count and effective stock management
  • Managing obsolete stock and ensuring reduction in wastage
  • Employee Grievance resolution/team management
  • Mentoring the team members through periodical communication sessions
  • Drive category sales basis the targets and increase profitability
