Upload/Edit/Delete carriers, lanes and rates in OTM, SAP or any other transportation system
Follow up for pending data as per schedule
Verify freight invoices with rate contracts for disputed invoices submitted by carrier and provide findings
Reporting of Logistics Metrics using SQL, MS Excel and PowerPoint for all businesses
Collaborate with Carriers/Customers and counterparts to collect shipment data. Validate the accuracy of data and upload in system or work around to collect correct data
Mandate Skills:
Should be able to handle large data set
Should have good understanding of Transportation flow
Excellent communication and Email writing skills
Should have excellent skills in using MS Office (Excel in particular)
Preferred Skills:
Real time experience in OTM and SAP transport management system will be an added advantage
SQL knowledge will be added advantage
Degree in Logistics/Supply chain
Ability to independently organize daily work activities
