About the internship:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented technology associate / intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will assist in the setup and integration of mobile SDKs, including Braze and CleverTap, and manage our tag management solution, Tealium. You will also support the development of technology solutions for customer experience use cases, working closely with our leadership and business consulting teams.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. SDK Integration: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of Braze, ClearTap,CleverTap, Amplitude SDKs for mobile applications.

2. Tag Management: Manage and implement Tealium\ GTM tags to ensure accurate data collection and tracking across digital platforms.

3. Solution Development: Support the development and delivery of technology solutions using Adobe and other mar-tech platforms.

4. Testing & Debugging: Conduct testing to ensure the correct functionality of integrations and troubleshoot any issues.

5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configurations, and changes.

6. Collaboration: Work with leadership and business consulting teams to implement identified solutions.

7. Client Support: Assist in building solution presentations and provide technical support for client problem statements.
